pumpkin pecan chocolate chip cookies

Another pumpkin recipe...this time in the form of cookies! Make these. For the love of pumpkin, make these!

Pumpkin Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/3 C. butter

1/2 C. brown sugar

1/2 C. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1 egg

1/2 C. pumpkin puree

1 1/4 C. self-raising flour

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 C. chopped pecans

3/4 C. chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugars. Beat in vanilla, egg, and pumpkin puree.

In separate bowl, sift flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add to pumpkin mixture.

Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.

Drop by tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
